No October Planning Commission meeting

The applicant did not submit a revised application by September 15th; therefore, the Planning Commission will not hear the application in October. The Planning Commission meets twice a month, 1st and 3rd Wednesdays . A revision to the application must be submitted 30 days ahead of a scheduled Planning Commission meeting to be added to their agenda. If a revised application is submitted by October 6th, we should assume a tentative Planning Commission hearing in early November. It is entirely the applicant’s prerogative when they submit revisions for consideration. Save Lakeridge will continue to monitor the City website and communicate with staff regarding any revisions submitted and let you know when the hearing will take place.
